Update

The team continues to investigate and have expanded the impact to include Online Ordering and Reserve. Users are unable to enter payment information. We will provide an update every 15 minutes.

Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue impacting the RPOS and Express Dashboards, including access to Virtual Terminal. Users will see a 503 error when trying to access spoton.dashboard.com. Our team is working to identify the root cause and will provide an update within 30 minutes.
